Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Joint Stock Company is the leading steel producer in Vietnam, it’s also one of the most potential and competitive private own enterprise in Vietnam. The project is located in Rongju Economic Development Zone,central Vietnam, 130 km away from Danang City, covering an area of about 372.7 hectares, including 340 hectares of factory area and 27 hectares of dedicated port area. After the project is put into operation, the annual output can reach 4 million tons, and the main commodities are construction steel and steel coil, which will become an important milestone in the development of Vietnam's steel industry.

A total of 500kvar harmonic elimination reactive power compensation modules and LBFK switching control units have been used in this project. The expected effect has been achieved.
